RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Cocrnnittee
therefor and here�,y awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City of Saint
Paul, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Bridges, 131 East Second Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to DESIGNED FENCING INC. - all materials for approximately 650 Lin. Ft. of
Chain Link Protection Fencing to be placed on the East Side of Shepard Road Bridge
No. 62512 and 120 feet north of the bridge, as shown on City of St. Paul Bridge Dept.
drawings, Drawer No. 130, Sheets No. 1 & 2 of 2, M. S. A. Proj. 64-194-16 - �
for the contract price of $5,570.00, in accordance with bid specifications therefor and
the Formal Bid �2749 of Designed Fencing Inc. , such bid being the lowest and said bidder
being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul,(Formal Bid �2749.)
