RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of opening, widening and extending Leone Ave. to a
width of 60 ft. from the west line of Samciytz Add. to 45' more or less
westerly of the west line of Registered l.a�d Survey No. 17, by taking and
conder�ning for street purposes a strip of land 60 ft. in width through Lot
6 Auditor's Subdivision No. 55 St. Paul , Minn., Tracts A 8 B Registered
Land Survey No. 97 and Tracts A, B f� C Registered Land Survey No. 17. The
center iine of said strip being the center line of Leo�e Ave. as dedic�ted
in Saraolytz Add. produced westerly to a point on the so�th line of Registered
Land Survey No. 17; thence northwesterly on the said south line to the
westerly line of Registered Land Survey No. 17. Also those parts Tract C
Registered !and Survey No. 17 and Lt 6 Auditor's Subdivision No. 55, creating
a Cul-de-sac, lying a�ithin a circle having a 45 ft. radius, the center of
said circle being a point on the southwest corner said Registered Land Survey
No. 17, under Preliminary Order No. 234985, approved September 12, 1967.
� RESOLVED, That all order� in the above matter be and the same are hersby
cancelled, annulied and rescinded, and ail proceedings in such matter
discontinued.
