RESOLVED, That the proper Gity officers are hereby
authorized and directed to accept from the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota,
quit claim deed conveying to the City of Saint Paul the
following described property for street purposes:
The Easterly five (5) feet of Lots one (1) and
thirty (30) , Block nineteen (19) , the Easterly
five (5) feet of Lots one (1) and thirty (30) ,
Block twenty—two (22) and the Easterly five (5)
feet of that part of Lot thirty (30) , Block
eighteen (18) , all in Mackubin and Marshall' s
addition to Saint Paul, lying southwesterly of
a line run parallel with and distant thirty (30)
' feet southwesterly of the following described
line:
From the point of intersection of the center line
of Arundel Street with the center line of Carroll
�" Avenue, run easterly along the center line of
said Carroll Avenue for six hundred fifty—eight
and twenty—eight hundredths (658. 28) feet; thence
deflect to the left at an angle of eighty—nine
degrees, thirty—seven minutes (8g° 37' ) �or one

thence deflect to the right at an angle of one
