RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that :
Section 1. The pending proposed First Amendatory Contract
(herein. called the ".Amendatory Gontract") amending that certain
contract No. Minn. R-34(CR) (G) , dated the 25th day of August,
i965, by an.d between City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, (herein called
the "Local Public Agency" ) and the United States of America (here-
in called the '�Government" ) , of whieh a copy is hereto attached
and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby in all respects
approved.
Section 2. The proper City offieials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts
on behalf of the Local Public Agency� and the City Glerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal
of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart, and to forward
such counterparts to the Departmen.t of Housing and Urban Development,
for execution on behalf of the Government, together with such other
doeuments relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts
as may be required by the Government.
