by him, Richard Green be paid $60.86 out of the Tort Liability Fund 0035-
421, in full settle�nent of claim for damages and injuries sustained as
a result of an accident on February 1, 1968, with Thomas R. Foss, policeman,
while in the performance of his official duties.
