RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to accept from Howard H. Gelb and
Eunice Gelb deed conveying to the City of Saint Paul
permanent easement for publie sewer, private water main
and other utility purposes on, unde,r, across and through
a strip of land forty feet in width in Block D, Beaver
Lake Heights, according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and
for Ramsey County, Minnesota, said easement being 20 feet
in width on eaeh side of a line described as follows:

1�10 Begin.ning at the in.tersection of the west line of said Block
D, Beaver Lake Heights, with an easterly extension of the
center line of East Seventh Street; thence running north—
easterly at an angle of North sixty—nine degrees thirty
minutes (69� 30' ) east to said west line for three hundred
