WHEREA5, Ordi.n,ance No. 3250 authorizes and�provides for pa.yment for
overtime work, and
WHEREA.S, the Commissioner of Public Sa.fety has authorized overtime
work in his department (Bureau of Health) during the period from Februa.ry 24, 1968
to March 8, 1968: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work ip:accordance with the provisions of
Ordina.nces No. 6446 and No. 3250.
