i WF�REAS, the City Council originally adopted Council File 04-115 on Febniary 4, 2004, which authorized the
2 City to demolish the properry at 690 Burr Street if the owner failed to make repairs witlun 15 days; and
3 WI3EREAS, Wa11y Nelson, through his rehabilitarion company, has acquired the mortgage interest in the
4 properry at 690 Burr Street, and is interested in rehabilitating the property; and
5 WI�REAS, the City Council is desirous of amending Council File 04-115 to give Wally Nelson time to
6 complete the work on the property; and
7 WHEREAS, Wally Nelson has submitted his Vacant Building Registration Form, paid the pacant building fees,
8 obtained a Code Compliance Inspection, posted the $2,000 performance bond, and cleaned the yard; and
9 WHEREAS, Wally Nelson has indicated a willingness to pull permits to begin the rehabilitation work;
10 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Saint Paul hereby amends Council File 04-115 and grants Wally
11 Nelson, Renovation Inc., 180 days to complete the rehabilitation of the property.
