has donated to the St. Paul Police Department two 1g68 Ford
Station Wagons, which will be used for school police patrol
work and in connection with police recruitment activities ; and
WHEREAS, this public spirited act deserves the highest
praise and commendation from the Department of Public Safety
and from the Saint Paul City Coun.cil; and
WF�REAS, Mrs. Slawik has in the past made numerous
contributions of the same or similar nature to the safety�
health, and welfare of the people of Saint Paul;
Now, Therefore , be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby expresses its sineere and heartfelt thanks to Mrs.
Slawik for this and her other generous acts.
