RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Comanittee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering approxima.tely
2211 lineal feet of Class 150, 16-in. prestressed concrete cylinder pipe with
rubber and steel flexible tfed joint and all necessary fittings and appnrtenances
to the City of Saint Paul� Water Department, F.O.B.� Saint Paul� Minnesota to
INTERNATIONAL PIPE AND CERAM�CS CORPORATION in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �2750 of said
Intemational Pipe and Ceramics Corporation for Contract price of $21,702.00,
,
such bid being the lowest meeting specifications and said Intemational Pipe
aud Ceramics Corpoiation being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is suthorized to draft the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City o£ficials are hereby directed to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
