eligible list cannot be obtained fro�n among the residents of
the City, and

to extend carnpetition to persons living outside of the City;

RE80LVED, that the residence requiresnents for admission
to the examination as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil
Service Rules are hereby waived for the first examination for
"Recreation Director I" to be held foll.awing the passage of
this resolution.
