WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has received Check No.
8380708 for Forty—two Dollars (�42 .00) from the Travelers
Insurance Companies in payment of a claim for the theft l�ss
of stereo tapes from the Mayor' s car; and
WHEREAS, These stereo tapes were the personal property
of Mayor Thomas R. Byrne, and no loss had been incurred by
the City; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Finance is authorized
an.d directed to endorse said check over to Mayor Thomas R.
Byrne.
