WHEREAS, the Corporation Counsel did advance the sum of
�100.00 to the Clerk of District Court for Ramsey County, to be
used for the payment of filing fees and to be reimbursed back
to said sum as disbursements indicate; and
WHEREAS, because of increase in fees and in the number
of filings it would appear to be more practical to increase said
deposit to �150.00; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized
to increase said de�osit account by the amount of �50. 00 and the
Comptroller is directed to issue a check in that amount to the
Clerk of District Court for Ramsey County, and to charge Activity
0030, Expense Code 141, Legal Fees , for said amount.
