under Preliininary Order 237150 approve� February 14, 1968
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends ia
to reconatr�ct the sidewalk os both sides of Fairmo�nt And. fro� Hasline Ave. to
Syadic=te St. and bp doing aIl other wortc which is aecessary and iacideatal to
cc�lete said i�►rovement, except where good and sufffcient ponred sidewalks nos�
exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for 5' valk
$3.80 per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 2 nd day of
�nril., 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'elock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �City af St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
