RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award o� the Purchasing Co�nittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing for the City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Public Works, Bureau of Maintenance Services, $aint Paul, Minnesota, approxi-
mately 80,000 Cubic Yards, more or: less, of Fill Material, to be delivered to Pigs
Eye Landfill, and/or Fish Hatchery Landfill, and/or 1 mile radius of East Third and
Johnson Parkway for the period ending December, 1968, to W. J. EBERTZ COMPANY, in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid
��2697 of said W. J. Ebertz Company at a unit price of $ .839 per cubic yard, and
a total cost of approximately $67,120.00, such bid being the lowest and said
W. J. Ebertz Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the pr�per form of contract therefor
and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
