RESOLVED, that Elaine G. Dayhuff, widow of Douglas A. Dayhuff,
employee of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police , who
died from an occupational disease on February 17 , 1967 , be paid
from the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund, the
sum of $45.00 per week, payable every four weeks , commencing as of
February 17, 1967, and continuing during dependency, until the sum
of $17,500.00 shall have been paid, together with reimbursement in
the sum of $61.25 paid to Bethesda Hospital and $750 .00 for funeral
expenses incurred; that $2 ,385 .00 in partial settlement, to and
including February 23 , 1968 , is now payable
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation, the
employer, City of St. Paul, shall deduct and pay directly to Robert
E. Faricy, attorney for Elaine G. Dayhuff, the sum of $596.25 , for
one-fourth attorney's fees to and including February 23 , 1968 , and
25� of the periodic compensation recovered, as and for attorney's
fees in this matter.
