, WE�REAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
' improvement described as the reconstruction of the Ornamental Lighting
S�stem on KELIAGG BOULEVARD from Sibley Street to tdest Seventh Street,
Cpmptroller's Contract L-6815, Hunt Electric Corp. , contractor, have
been provided for in the specifications, and
WHER�AS, it nas been found necessary to make the following deduction,
to-wit:
DEDUCTION
Deduct 4 light standards from the original contract. . . lump sum deduction
of $1,550.00 and
Said deduction is necessary due to the postponement of the widening of
Kellogg Blvd. between Robert St. and Minnesota St.
WHEREAS, the total deduction is $1,550.00, now therefore, be it
:2ESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul through its City Council approves the
' foregoing Deduction made in accordance witn the specifications in the
sum of $1,550.00, said amount to be deducted from the lump sum consideration
named in tize contract, known as Comptroller�s Cont-ract L-oti15, and said
deduction is to be cx�edited to the amount financed by assess�nent.
The Commissioner of Public Utilities has agreed with the above named
contractor that the sum of $1,550.00 is the correct amount to be deducted
from the above cont-ract.
