WHEREAS, The Central Library building was broken into
on February 4, 1968, and �180. 62 in cash was taken; and
WHEREAS, Such cash was a part of the petty cash fund
and reimbursement of these funds is necessary to continue
operating such fund; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Comptroller is hereby directed to
issue a check in the amount of �180.62 to J. Archer Eggen,
Custodian of the Library petty cash fund and to charge
Activity 0410, Expense Code 319, for said amount.
