This property was condemned by the City for the opening, widening and extending Short Line Road, now known as Ayd Mill Road. I have copies of the intermediary orders, CF 170772, approved Nov. 3, 1954; Final Order in Condemnation Proceedings, CF 171043, approved Dec. 3, 1954; and Res. Ratifying and Confirming Condemnation, CF 171728, approved Jan. 26, 1955. Let me know if you need a copy of these resolutions.
