PAUL FOENCIL N�,.��`)oO ' OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK � O R OLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATF WHEREAS, The Minnesota State Legislature did grant to employees of the City of 5aint Paul the option of coordin�ting their Public Employees Retirement Plan with the Federal Social Secur�ty Act (Chapter 687, Laws of Minnesota 1967, Regul�r Ses�ion) ; and WI��REA3, certain employees did exercis� this option, necessi- tating the City withholding a portion o£ the etnploye�s pay foz payment of their Soeial Security obligation; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That a Social Security Taxes Withheld Tru�t Ft�nnd is hereby established to which shall be deposited all mo�aies withheld from employees pay for pay�ent of their Social Security obligation, and from which fund disbursements shall be made in accordance with the above law� and be it FURTHER R�SOLVED, That the Comptroller shall assign the account number fos this fund. � FORM APPF�OVED �_ Asst.
