holding On Sale Liquor and miseel?aneous licenses at that address�
and all expiring January 31, 1968, subsequently made application
for renewal of the On Sa1e Liquort Restaurant, Off Sale Malt �everage
and Cigarette licenses for that location for another year.
These were processed and the application.�presented to the
City Council for granting of licenses �ahich have been issued to him.
However, during the interim of this process3.ng� the licenses
expiring January 31, 19�8 were revoked bf the City �ouncil (C.F. 236838
�-25-bs).
The cu$tumary 30 days waiting periocl will be up on or a�i.t
�riednesday� February 28, 1968 and Mr. Unise,_makes app)_ication fcr
permi.ssion to open hi.s business as of that date.
