RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. for
services rendered by them prior to January 16, 1968, per-
' taining to the Street and Parking Study for the Civic
Center Exhibition Hall and Auditoriu�subject to the

approval of the Commissioner of Public Works and the Ghief
pJ � Engineer of the said Department; said payment�s to

constitute a portion of the City' s total obligation to
Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. , under that certain agreement
, dated January 16, 1968, pertaining to the above mentioned
study and report, and, in no event, shall total payment
under said agreement exceed the sum of �9,000.00.
