being determined to be the market value of the land as arrived
at by the Board' s appraiser, Mr. John J. Ken.na; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby concur in the findings of the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul, and the proper officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay to Anna C. Jansen, vendor of
said property, the sum of �21, 150.00, to be paid from Water
Department Fund 0580-000 upon her furnishing an abstract of
title continued to date evidencing good marketable title in
Anna C. Jansen, ,and the total payment to be made upon tender
by said An.na C. 'Jansen of an appropriate warranty deed con-
veying title to sai-d property to the Board of Water Commissioners
of the City of Saint Paul.
