out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the General Fund in
full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Pau1 for
compensation resulting from his injury of August 14, 1966 , while
in the employ of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Police ,
whereby he suffered a 25� permanent partial disability to his right
leg; that of said sum, $2 ,475.00 is now due and payable.
