hereby awaxds contract for Trucking of Voting Machines, Folding Tables and F�lding Chairs to
and from stora�e space� and voting places for the electi�ns scheduled in the City of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, in the calendar years 1g68 and 1y69, to ST. PAUL TERMINAL WAREHOUSE COMPANY
in accordance with City speci�'ications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid �-�270�+ of
said St. Paul Termina,l Warehouse Cotrrpany, at a contract price of $19,�8g.�+�+, f�r the four
scheduled election� for the years 1968 and 1969, such bid being the only bid and said St.
Paul Terminal Warehouse Company being a reliable and reasonable bidder, and the C�rporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
