The Council of the City of St: Paul havin� received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adop�ed, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. T�at the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
te reconstruct the :idewalk on the east sfde of N. Albert St. fro� Lafc�ad Ave. to
Blair Ave. aad �y deiag all other Work which is necessary and incider�tal to cc�aplete
