The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of th�e Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hex'eby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconatruct the eidewalk on both sides of Linwood Ave. from Milten 3t. to
Chat�rorth St. and bq doing all other work which is neceasary and incidental to
c���et�e said isProvemeat, except i►here good a�d sufficient poured sidewalka ne�a -
exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estim�ted cost thereof is �•25 Per lin. ft. for 5' walk
� 3.8U per lin. ft. for 6' walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on tY� 12 th day of
March� 1968 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance g�ive notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
