' City of Saint Paul, therein designated as "Owner" , and Cerny
Associates, Inc. , therein designated as "Associate Architeet" i
for �he performance of certain architectural and engineering
services in connection with the construction of a new fire
station and adjacent facilities at the southeast corner of
Pagne Avenue and East Seventh Street, at a fee of '7% of the
actual cost of the construction o� the project, which cost
is estimated to be �330, 000.00.
