RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Com�r►►ittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City of Saint
Paul, Department of Public Safety, Radio Shop - Police, 101 East Tenth Street, Saint
Paul, Minnesota, Ten MOBILE RADIO UNITS to RADIO CORPOR,ATION OF AMERICA for the
contract price of $6,870.00, in accordance with City specifications therefor and the
Formal Bid �2700 hereto attached of said Radio Co�poration of America, such bid being
the lowest and said Radio Corporation of America being a reasonable and reliable
bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized to draft the proper
form of contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby directed to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
