The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 236183 approved Dec. 15th. 19 67
relative to reconstructing th� sidewalk on both sides of White Bear Ave. from E. Cottage
Ave. to E. C1ear Ave. and by doiag all other work which is neceasary and incidental
