WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul aid the County of Ramsey have
entered into an agreement which in part reconveys to the State of Minnesota
the following described property:

`fhe North 800 feet of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter (W-1/2 SE-1/4) of Section Two (2) , Township
Twenty Eight (28), Range Twenty Two (22) , except the
West 540 feet thereof, subject to roa.ds and streets;
and
WHEREAS, Reconveyance of said property was executed on the

condition that the Citycf Saint Paul apply for a State use� deed for such
above des�ribed property to be used by the City of Saint Paul for recreational
purposes; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers axe hereby authorized
to execute an application by governmental subdivision for conveyance of
tax-forfeited lands for the above described property.
