RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem be granted the use of
the new Civic Center building and its facilities for their con.-
ven.tion May 1 through May 5, 1972, upon payment by said convention
of the sum of �3,000.00 plus a maximum charge of �1,000.00 for
labor on table and chair setups. In addition, the convention is
to pay all charges for stage costs and stage hands; in addition,
for the three banquets scheduled for the Arena section of the
present Auditorium building for approximately 2000, the convention
is to pay fifty cents a chair for each banquet setup and one
dollar for each table used plus a maximum of �225.00 for rubbish
removal; an.y additional cost of opening and operating incurred
in this above use is to be set up in Auditorium Fund 2400.
