In the Matter of grading and aurfacing with bit�mi�ons material the alleq in
Block 4, Lorena Park, St. Paul, Hinne�ota, from Johnson Parkway to Clarence Street.
Also construct a sewer for atorm vater purposes in the alley and in Clarence Street
under Preliminary Order 2362U8 approved December ]t9�;; 1967
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the repart of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, �nd having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is
to grade aad surfsce with bituminous material the alley in Elock 4, Lerena Park,
S�. Paul, Mianesota, frem Johnaon Parkaay to Clarence Strsee. Alaa construct a
�swer for stmr� water purposes in the alley and in Clarence �treet
with no altern�tives, and that the estimated cost thereof ia $ S,ann ��
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 5.t�+ , day of
M9rnh. � at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and C' uilding in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meet' rsons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearin of the improvement and the total c�ast thereof as estimated.
