The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement w�ich the Council recommends is
to grade aad surface with bitmiinous m�tezial the alleq in Bl�ck 1, �latsen's
Additimn from �iiltan Stre�t to Victoria Street. Also constrnct a sewer far. storv
waCer purposea ia the alley and in Milton Stre�et
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 6,636.19
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the sth day of
x�rchy 14b8 , at the hour of 10; o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
