kn the matter of condemning and taking a permanent EASEMENT twenty (20)
feet in width for tbe purpose of constructing and maintaining a public
storm water sewer on, under, across and through a portion of the SE �
of Section 21 , Township 29 North, Range 22 West, the centerline of said
easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerline of
the alley in Block 5, Phalen Heights Park Addition, and the east
property line, produced, of Lot 11 , Block 5, Phalen Heights Park
Addition; thence northeasterly a distance of 300 feet more or less
to Lake Phalen, on a line making an angle of 87 degrees :(87,°) with
said alley centerline produced to the east. Also, temporary con-
struction easements fifteen (15) feet in width on each side and
adjacent to the above described permanent easement, under Council
Resolution C.F. No. 23b833, approved January 25, 1g68.
RESOLVED, that the resolution in the above matter be and the same is
hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded, and all proceedings in such
matter discontinued.
