T6eundereignedhereby proposeethemaleingof thefollowingpubliaimprovement by the City of 8sint Psul,vis.: In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent EASEMENT twenty (20) feet in width for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public storm water sewer on, under, across, and through a portion of the SE � of Section 21 , Township 29 North, Range 22 West, the centerline of said easement being described as follows : Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerline of the alley in Block 5, Phalen Heights Park Addition, and the east property line, produced, of Lot 11 , Block 5, Phalen Heights Park Addition: thence northeasterly a distance of 300 feet more or less to Lake Phalen, on a line making an angle of 82 degrees- 30 minutes (82° 30') with said atley centerline produced to the east.
