RESOLVED, that Albert Singer, Jr. , be paid the sum of
$1,575.00 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settl�ment of his claim against the
City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his in-
jury of November 12 , 1965 , while in the employ of the
Department af Public Safety, Bureau of Police� whereby he
suffered a 10� permanent partial disability to his back; and
that $1,575.00 is now due and payable.
