RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota Industrial
Commission, dated January 30 , 1968, Loui� Mark be paid compensation
for 17 3/5 weeks of temporary total disability at the rate of $45.00
per week for disabil.ity sustained by him as a result of an injury of
December 18 , 1956 , while employed by the Department of Public Safety,
Bureau of Police ; and that employer, City of St. Paul, shall restore
benefits to the accrued siek leave plan to the same extent in
accordance with Section 176 .021 Subd. 5 ; and that employer reimburse
employee for the sum of $275 .50 for expenses incurred and paid by him
for treatment of said injury; and reimbursement to the Minnesota
Hospital Service Association in the sum of $1,206 .55 paid to St. Luke's
Hospital on behalf of said employee.
