RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and apecifications for said improverr►ent, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city ,afficials axe hereby authorized and directed to pra

To the Coimnissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Comar►issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Counci�. known as Council File No. 236160 approved Dec. 13th. 19�
relative to reconstructinrz the sidewalk on the north side of Marshall Ave. from
_ Cretin Ave to Finn Stf and by doing all other work which is necesSarv and incidental
to complete said im�rovement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reportso
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 5 ft.
wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
