RESOLYED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contraet Coanmittee
therePor and hereby awards contract for furnishin� all labor, materials and
services necessary for or reasonably incidenta,l to the wrecking of dwellings
and gara�es and the performance of mi�cella,neaus site work and cleauup at
614 DeSoto Street and 530 Collins Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota - to
A. KAMISH COI�ANY in aceordance with City specifications therefor hereto
attached a.nd the Infornial Bid ,#1603 of said A. Kamish Ccxnpany, City to pay
Contractor $1,175.00, such bid bein� the only bid received and said A. Kamish
Canpany being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is d3.rected to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
