COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, there has been lost by theft a sum of money
in cash in the amount of �20.00 from the Bureau of Police
property unit; and
WAEREAS, said sum of money was being held by said Bureau
of Police pursuant to cases and investigations still pending
disposition; an.d
WHEREAS, it appears that all of said money is the lawful
property of other persons, firms or corporations and not the
property o� the City of Saint Paul and that said money is
subject to the claim of the lawful own.er upon final disposition
of said pending cases; and
WHEREAS, upon investigation it appears that said loss was
due to tort action; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That �20.00 be paid out of the Tort Liability
Fund 0035-421 to the Commissioner of Public Safety for the
purpose of restorigg said su� to the Bureau of Police property
unit pending final disposition of aforementioned case.
