235916, acquired the title to the property described as followss
Subject to and with easem�nt; except Street and
except North 120 feet; the West 48.5 feet of E�st
97 feet of Lot l, Irvines Addition of Outlots to
the Town of St. paul, according to the plat thereof
on file' and of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds in and for Ramaey County, Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, such property was aequired under the power of eminent
domain and the award of damages for the taking w�as $10,5�0.00• and
such award, being finally adopted in the year of 1967, was intended
to preclude the owaiers from paying taxes due in 1968; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertenc�, it was represented to the owners
that they would have to pay taxes due in 1968, and such taxes in the
amount of $114.76 were in f�et paid by said owners; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the City Comptroller is hereby directed to
rei.mburse Henry W. Willger, Irene Willger, Alvira Aljets, �nd
Fred A. Kueppers, their attorney, in the amount ot $114.76 out
of Bond Fund No. 7200-ST-32; �nd be it
Ft�RTF�R RES�LVED. That the Corporation Counsel is r�ques�ed to
prepare a petition for the rebate of such taxes, and upon =eceipt
of the rebate, the monies are to be credited to such bond fund.
