WHEREAS, The final costs for the removal and repaving of the
West 109 ft. of the center island on Highland Parkway, east of
Snelling Avenue, Comptrolier�s Contract L-�926 have been determined,
and
WHEREAS, Upon final allocation of funds f rom which the above
improve.ment was to be paid, it was found that the amount originaliy
set up for its financing is insufflcient to meet the final cost and
that an additional amount of $500.23 will be �equired; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the amount of $500.23 be financed from the 1967
M.S.A. Suspense Fund fio finance the additionai cost of the above
improvement.
