Whereas, It has been fouc�d necessary to �ake the following Addition:
ADDITION
Due to the unstable condition of the underlqing peat �saterial, the
e�bankaent required sn additional 4,261 cu. qds. of borrow �ateriel to
arrive at the f inal grade line.
4,261 cu. yds. borrow material @ $1.15 cu. yd. _ $4,900.15
Total Addition = $4,900.15
and
Whereas, T�e total addition is $4,900.15 and the Co�issioner of Ptsblic Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the asount of $4,900.15 is the corrsct sus to
� be added to said contract; therefore be it

Resolved, That the City of St. Faul throvgh its City Council spproves the fore-
going addition nade in accordance with the Specifications in the su� of $4,900.15,
said a,ount to be added to the lu�p sum consideration named in the contract, known
as Coaptroller's Contract L-6921, and which amount is to be financed by assess�nt
against benefit�ed property.
