The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon t�e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said.report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said imgrovement
is hereby ordered to be proceed�ed with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is

Febr�r�, 1968 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House �nd City Hall Building in the City of.St. PauL That the Commisaioner af Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons �tnd in the manner provided by the Charter, atating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
