, under Preliminary Order 236584 approve� Jaanary 10, 1968
The Council of .the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, an�l the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of ths improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the side�alk on the aouth side of`Grace Street frc+� Oc�ei�a Stxeet
ta Erie Street and bq doing all other woz�c Which is necessarp amd iacidcntal to
complete said i�provement, exeept where geod and su��icient poured sidewalks,now

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ '�-25 r {+� ft for 5' wide walk
$ 3.80 per lin ft for 6' �ride walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29th day of
Februar�, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council.Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Builcling in the City of St. Pa,�l. That the Commissioner, of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvernent and the total cost thereo€ as estimated.
