The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner o� Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to recoastruet the sidevalk on both sides filftiest 8obi� Street from Maner�in Aueaae
to �rleans Street and by doing all other work which is neeessary aad iaeidentel ta
cc�mpl�te said iaproveaent, exc�pt where goc>d and sufficient poured sidewal�s now
exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $_ 3.25 per lin ft for 5' wide walk
_ $ 3.80 per lia ft for 6' wide �alk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th day of
February. 1968 , at the hour of 10 dclock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons $nd in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time a,nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total oost thereof as estimated.
