under Preliminary Order 236490 approved Jaaua�y 5, 1968
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, herebg resoives s
1. That the said repart and the same is hereby approved a:�d adopted,'and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to recoastr�et the sidewalk on the eaat side of F1inslow Street frvm West Etelos
Street to Yro�pect Boulevard and by doing all oth�r work which ie neces�sry and
ixcidental to cc�mple�� said iaprovement, eucept where go�d aad sufficient sideWalks
nota exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per lin ,ft for 5' wide�.�walk
$ 3.80 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th ; d�y of
Februa rg, 19.fi$ , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Cour�
Honse and City H�11 Building in the City of St. Paul. 1'hat the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof a,s estimated.
