The Couneil of the City of S� Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Counc�l recorr�mends is

Reaolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th day of

House and City Hall Builcling in the City of St. Paul. That the Gommissioner of Finance give notice of
said meetang to �he persons and in the manner provided by the C�:axter, stating the time and plac�e of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
