The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon bhe above. improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council 'recommends is
to grade and surface with bit�inous �atarial the 1�.S. alleq i� t�tid�ray Haights� slt. 5,
fros the �.i!t. alley to ?ayl�r Avenue and the L�.W. alley ia Mich►ay Heights, Blt. 5,
from Hawell 3treet to Tat�as Street.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3�026.74
Resolved Further, Tnat a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 2�th , day of
Febrwr�, 1968 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by`the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of tl�e improvement and the total oost thereof as eatimated.
